View Medical Record
- From the left side menu or from the main screen, press Records.
2. Click on Medical Record to view all visits made by your healthcare professional(s).
3. Press on the visit you wish to view.
4. Once inside, you will be able to see information about the visit: date of care, time, healthcare professional who provided the care, among other details.
