End Appointment
- Once you have completed the patient’s health fields, tap End appointment.
2. Request the patient’s or family member’s signature: tap + Add and enter the corresponding clarification.
3. If the signature was entered incorrectly, you can edit it and try again.
4. Press Confirm to finalize the appointment correctly.
5. To verify the completed appointment, go to the Calendar and select the appointment with the Completed status.
6. You will be able to review the Medical History and add up to four medical notes within 48 hours after completion.
